We have a job management system in place that allows us to log jobs for engineers on our system and immediately deploy them to our engineers company mobiles. Once the engineers receive the job on their mobile our helpdesk can then track the engineers progress to track their travel to the job and when they're on site. The engineers use the mobile app to log arrival times, job notes, job photos, departure times and also to capture a customer signature which immediately generates an electronic job worksheet for our office on job completion. Our job management system allows us to provide live updates to clients and have site signed worksheets available within minutes of the job completion.
